Hey there! We’re Charlie and Cindy Tannehill with Pass It On Properties. We help people who need to sell a house quickly – whether from a pre-foreclosure, inherited property, moving a loved one out of a house to a higher level of care, or just can’t take care of a house anymore and need to move. Most want as little stress as possible, no realtor, and cash in hand quickly.

For the past seventeen years, we’ve been life coaches helping people all over the world get from where they are to where they want to be. It’s been an amazing journey, guiding folks through life’s ups and downs.

But almost every client had some kind of roadblock, whether it was money issues, unexpected life events, health problems, or just battling their inner critic. Helping them smash through these barriers was one of the best parts of our job. Does this sound a lot like maybe your real estate situation right now?

We started thinking about this company after life threw us a curveball. Cindy’s mom couldn’t stay in her home alone anymore due to health problems and falls. Suddenly, we were the ones facing a huge barrier. We had to find care options, deal with her stuff, and figure out how to afford it all. We were panicking, and honestly, we made a ton of mistakes. From bad advice to an unhelpful realtor and a failed attempt to sell her house ourselves, we were a mess!

We learned a lot from that experience and realized we wanted to help others avoid the same pitfalls. So, after winding down our coaching practice and learning from some fantastic real estate mentors, we started Pass It On Properties.

Now, we’re here to help you bust through barriers and reduce stress when selling a home during a tough time. We’ve turned our messy experience into a mission to give you peace of mind and the support you need.

I am a life-long sales guy and enjoy meeting new people and figuring out how I can best help them reach their goals. I have a passion to work with others to solve problems, resolve issues, and not worry about things that don’t really matter. I found buying homes from people when they are in a tough situation, has become a purpose not just a job in this season of my life. Homes are meant to be passed on to others which is why our business is named Pass It On Properties.

I am a serial entrepreneur having started my first “newspaper” in grade school using a Big Chief Tablet and crayons. I have a passion to listen to the stories of others and do whatever I can – from what I have learned and experienced – to help solve complex problems. I found I have a knack for helping people move family members out of their home because of health or financial challenges, or inheriting a house that needs to be sold. I am excited about the work we do to help others sell a house quickly and as stress free as possible through Pass It On Properties.
